
What are the starting and finishing times for the festival?
On both days of the festival, doors open at 11.30am. The show starts at 1.30pm and finishes at approximately 10.00pm
Is the running order/stage times for each day available?
NO, the running order is always subject to last minute changes which make it impossible to publish in advance. The full running order and stage times will be available inside this year’s event programme.
I can’t order my tickets via the internet, is there a telephone booking line?
Yes, you can order your tickets by phone by calling The Midlands Music Festival ticket hotline on 0844 248 5016
Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the festival itself?
We will have an onsite box office which will sell tickets if they are still available. Due to overwhelming demand, Sunday is already close to full capacity so it is a risk leaving your purchase to the day of the event.
Can we leave the venue during the day and come back in later on?
NO, there is no exit and re-entry system this year. Once you are in, you are in.
Can I bring my children to the festival?
Yes, we welcome children as this is a family festival. All children 6 and under are admitted free.
Do you provide car parking facilities?
Yes, there are ample car parking facilities provided that will all be well signed as you approach the Tamworth Area. You can purchase a car park pass online for an advance charge of £5 on the “Buy Tickets” page. Without a pass it will cost £8 to park on either day of the festival.
Can we bring our tent and camp overnight on site?
NO, there are no camping facilities provided at this year’s festival. There are however local camp sites and numerous local hotels close to the venue, see here for details…
Can I get a backstage pass for the event?
NO, we do not issue passes to members of the public under any circumstances. You can purchase VIP tickets to the festival here.
Can I buy a souvenir programme or merchandise at the event?
Yes, we have a range of new and exclusive event merchandise available to purchase at this year’s event together with our 2010 event programme.
