Aswad are arguably Britain’s most successful reggae band, in terms of both popularity and longevity. The lads grew up in London in the 70’s and by the 80’s gave us a string of Reggae hits including Don’t Turn Around and Give A Little Love.
Aswad’s ability to adapt themselves to the changing times and new musical trends was ultimately the driving force behind their 35 year long career and they certainly haven’t lost it. As Tamworth is about to discover – Aswad just get better with age!
